Fathers and Brothers,

Please pray for Crosspoint, our young church. Our sovereign King has allowed that we should suffer together as He draws us closer to Him for His glory and His Great Name!

I am often addled and distressed emotionally with some of the struggles people are facing, but the Lord is mighty to save and sanctify us. Please pray as the Lord leads you for the following:

Continuous ministry while leaders are hurting and going through major life changes. Both our REs wives have difficult medical conditions. Mrs. Harrison is suffering from the onset of Alzheimer's-like condition in her early 60s. This requires daily care from her husband Powell. Mrs. Daniell has cancer, caught early, but will face surgery this week and then radiation or whatever the Lord knows. Our Hispanic Director's wife Cecilia Guzman suffers migrane headaches daily. Our assistant pastor Jim Payne and his wife welcomed one of 6 new babies in the church and 2 more on the way.

Deeper passionate zeal for the Lord, His church and encouraging one another. This suffering is causng us to go deeper (no surprise) but grief is new ground for our church. We love each other well and practically help each other.

Ongoing evangelism, discipleship and restoration ministries. This past two-month period has seen 8 professions of faith in our Hispanic ministry and 1 in our English church. Two more young men are 'on the anxious seat'

We are hosting a Heating Assistance program and Financial Peace University for the next 13 weeks.

All our staff has recently taken a 25% pay cut while giving has been low and ministry opportunities increase. Pray for God's provision and boldness to ask for support. (So would you consider supporting our Hispanic ministry? or the Restoration ministry?)

And we are outgrowing our rental facility. Volunteers are looking for a next size facility.

All this is wonderful news, but with seasoned leaders on 'injured reserve' and new people stepping up to be trained, it is a challenging time. Like a young family with lots of children and Mom is laid up sick.

Pray for me that I will not try to be the messiah and that we will be protected from the attacks of the enemy and trust more wholly in the Lord.

And please pray that the Lord would raise up leaders to learn on the job.

Graced
